A shared commitment
Organisational Members nominate an authorised liaison, promote ethical project management aligned with IPMA standards, encourage staff participation and pay applicable fees. Speakers, case studies or expertise may be provided by mutual agreement. Members must not represent IPMA Australia as endorsing their products or services.

Silver Level Partner
$3,500
per year, excluding GST

Getting started
How it works
Organisational Membership is established through discussion and a written agreement; it is not an automatic approval process.
Discuss organisational fit
Contact IPMA Australia to discuss your organisation and the appropriate membership arrangement.
Select a level and formalise the agreement
Agree the membership level and complete the written Organisational Membership Agreement.
Nominate your contacts
Appoint an authorised organisational liaison and nominate the individual members included in the arrangement.
Begin participation
Engage staff in agreed IPMA Australia programmes, events and professional communities.

Term and fees
The standard term is one year and may be renewed by written agreement. Fees are payable annually in advance and are non-refundable.
Brand use and endorsement
Names, logos and trademarks require prior written approval and must follow IPMA Australia brand guidelines. Membership does not imply endorsement of products or services.
Governance and voting
Membership is non-exclusive and does not confer governance authority, director nomination rights or influence over strategic or operational decisions unless expressly authorised by the Board. Nominated individual members may vote in relevant IPMA Australia elections or related matters.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Jointly developed materials require written agreement, and confidential information must be protected in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law.
Ending the arrangement
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination may apply for material breach, insolvency or conduct bringing IPMA Australia into disrepute. Branding and membership recognition cease on termination.
